Our outdoor exercise classes are designed to energise you for the day ahead by making physical activity fun and inclusive for all ages and abilities:

  • Pair up circuit training. 
  • Relaxation and Cool Down.


11.30am Yoga for all:

Whether you've never experienced yoga or you're a regular yogi, our breathtaking studio and expert instructors will ensure this is a class you'll never forget!  

12.30pm Wholefoods Lunch @ Kingdom Cafe:

Nourish every cell in your body whilst chatting about the mornings activities with an incredible wholefoods lunch and views to match!
